We understand that longing.
In Taiwan. In Hong Kong. On land where snow does not fall — there are those who, year after year, pour what little vacation remains into a handful of precious days between mountain and snow.
You are no ordinary traveler. You are a rider who has chosen snow as passion, as the rhythm of your own life.
Paul Ski was founded on a single, uncompromising promise:
To take you from your very first turn to the mastery of a true rider — by the most direct path possible. Not merely to help you slide across a slope, but to set you free across the most breathtaking mountains on earth.
This is not a tour. This is a proven, systematic path to real freeride mastery.
From the day you first step onto snow, until the day you ride — freely — down any great mountain in this world:
We walk with you. From the very beginning, to the very end.
Technique can be taught. Courage — we find together.
Before the snow, Paul was a middle-school English teacher in South Korea. He later joined Haeyeon — one of Seoul's Gangnam district top three study-abroad academies — as a senior counselor.
Over a decade ago, he began meeting more and more riders flying in from Taiwan and Hong Kong. He watched them pour an entire year's vacation into a handful of precious days — only to lose half the progress to a language wall they could not climb.
"Someone should do this better." That year he stepped off the English podium and carried with him the one thing he knew best — taking something complex and making it impossibly clear — and brought it onto the slopes.
Ten years on, with CASI Level 2 · NZSIA Level 2 dual certifications, 6,800+ students coached, and lessons delivered in Korean, Chinese and English — the real moment, for him, is still the one when a student finally makes a turn they were sure they couldn't.
A year-round, two-country roster of 10+ internationally certified coaches — from Pyeongchang to Hokkaido, we cover every day of the season.
